These Terms govern your use of Lunaby. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use Lunaby. Questions can be sent to support@getlunaby.com.

Who may use Lunaby

You must be legally able to enter into these Terms and old enough to do so under applicable law. Lunaby is designed for parents, guardians, and other authorized caregivers. You confirm that you have authority to provide and manage information about each child added to your household.

Your account

Provide accurate account information, protect your password and verification codes, and promptly notify us of suspected unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless applicable law provides otherwise. Do not share access with anyone who is not authorized to view the household's information.

The service

Lunaby lets caregivers record sleep, coordinate household information, and view schedule recommendations. Features may change as the service develops. Schedule calculations are estimates based on available information and may be incomplete or unavailable.

Not medical advice

Lunaby is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, prevent, or monitor a medical condition. Sleep schedules and other content are informational only and are not a substitute for professional medical judgment. Seek qualified medical help for health, development, breathing, feeding, or safety concerns, and use emergency services when appropriate.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse Lunaby, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with the service, upload malicious material, reverse engineer protected parts except where law permits, violate another person's rights, or use the service for unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent activity. Do not enter information about a child unless you are authorized to do so.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how Lunaby processes personal information. By using the service, you acknowledge that processing as described in the current Privacy Policy.

Availability and changes

We aim to keep Lunaby available and reliable but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. Maintenance, security events, provider failures, or development changes may affect availability. We may modify or discontinue features and will provide notice where required by law.

Intellectual property

Lunaby and its software, branding, and original content belong to Lunaby or its licensors. These Terms grant you a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive right to use the service for its intended purpose. You retain rights in information you submit and permit Lunaby to process it only as needed to operate, secure, and improve the service under these Terms and the Privacy Policy.

Suspension and termination

You may stop using Lunaby at any time. We may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect users or the service, respond to unlawful conduct, enforce these Terms, or comply with law. You may request account deletion at support@getlunaby.com.

Disclaimers and liability

To the extent permitted by law, Lunaby is provided on an as-is and as-available basis without implied warranties. Lunaby is not responsible for decisions made solely from a schedule recommendation. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limits mandatory consumer rights.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as Lunaby changes. The current version and effective date will be shown in the service. If a change materially affects your rights, we may provide additional notice where appropriate.
